Meeting with the President of Israel | The Embassy of The Republic of The Union of Myanmar, Tel Aviv

H.E. Mr. Maung Maung Lynn, Ambassador of Myanmar to the State of Israel attended the meeting of the President of Israel, H. E. Mr. Reuven Rivlin with fellow ambassadors and Charge’ d’affaires to Israel from countries in the Asia-Pacific on Wednesday, 25 January 2017 at the President Residence. Those presented on the occasion from the group of the Asia-Pacific were Heads of Missions from Australia, China, India, Japan, Republic of Korea, Myanmar, the Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Charge’ d’affaires a. i. of Nepal. They discussed the matters of promotion of relations and mutual interests in friendly and cordial atmosphere.

Attending So close yet So far Art Exhibition

H.E. Mr. Maung Maung Lynn, Ambassador of Myanmar to the State of Israel and spouse Ms. Khin Lay Mu attended the Opening Ceremony of the “So Close Yet So Far” Art Exhibition which was held at Petah Tikvah Museum of Art on 12th January 2017 by the Embassy of the Republic of Cyprus in Tel Aviv. At the Opening Ceremony, H. E. Ms. T.S. Shambos, Ambassador of the Republic of Cyprus to the State of Israel delivered an opening speech. Seventeen Contemporary Greek and Turkish Cypriot Artists presented contemporary Cypriot Culture and the significant Cypriot identities in this exhibition for the first time in Israel. Cypriot artists shared many differences and prominent similarities between two countries by their creation of arts.
